OTR Truck Driver Overview

  • Pay that rewards the miles. Top drivers earn up to $104,000 per year, with base pay of 50–55CPM depending on experience and average weekly pay of $1,300–$1,800.*
  • More miles, more pay. Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week and earn up to 10CPM in bonus pay based on the miles you run.*
  • Extra pay for extra time. Earn stop pay, detention pay, layover pay, and breakdown pay when your run calls for it.
  • Get paid to get started. A sign-on bonus is available to help you get rolling with TFA Logistics.
  • Freight that keeps you rolling. Focus on driving with 80% no-touch freight.
  • Trucks built for the long haul. Drive from a fleet of Peterbilt, International, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks.
